2. Preparatory work:

(2) before entering the site, all erection materials shall be comprehensively counted, especially for some sporadic cutting accessories, which shall be counted and rechecked by a specially assigned person; The power and electric control systems should be carefully checked and problems found should be solved in time. The erection materials shall be complete and the supporting equipment shall be qualified and intact

(3) prepare all kinds of transportation tools, erection tools, unloading tools, ropes, etc. at present, the project department should ensure that the road is smooth, and ensure that there is a certain storage yard and working area, and the enclosure facilities should be built vertically above the erection surface

3. Set up the installation procedure

(1) construct and make concrete foundation according to the drawing

(2) install the ground beam, underframe and bottom section vertical angle steel (the concrete strength reaches the design strength)

(3) put the cage assembly into the derrick (but it should be padded up to prevent affecting the installation of the derrick) and put it in the right position. Pay attention to the correct direction of the inlet and outlet doors

(4) install the cage guide rail, etc. to a height of about meters

(5) first make the inner edge of the ground beam flush with the inner edge of the foundation pit, and then use the theodolite to check the level of the underframe. The height difference of the bottom surface of each column cannot exceed 4mm (if necessary, use the method of padding steel plate for leveling)

(6) if it is inconvenient to hoist the winch after the derrick is raised, then properly file the winch along the axial direction of the damping needle with a file. Part of the winch is based on its foundation and leveled with wood blocks

(7) install the safety rope weight cage and its guide rail

(9). After installing the upper derrick standard section to 15 meters high, the wall attached frame must be installed at about 9 meters above the ground (or temporary wall attached installation) to ensure the reliable attachment of the derrick and the building. (10). The distance between the top attachment device and the roof beam should be controlled at 6~9 meters

(11). Install the top beam, crown beam, pulley block, etc

(12) put the winch on a special foundation, and align the length center of the winch drum with the center of the long cross bar of the derrick; The winch drum shall be kept parallel to the derrick; The hoist base should be kept horizontal. Finally, fix the winch on the foundation

(13). Fix the ends of two safety wire ropes on the special support shaft of the roof beam with rope clamps and put them down vertically

(14). Install the safety wire rope drop cage

(15) install the steel wire rope of the cage

(16). Install the cable pulley frame and two track wire ropes

(17). Install the safety door at the entrance of the derrick to make it move up and down flexibly

(18). Check the condition of the installed mechanical parts and the pin shafts of all fasteners, and make sure they are correct

(19). Grease the nut ends to prevent rust, and apply a layer of grease on the guide rail for lubrication
